You may place one Rally Flag in each City Area you control without a flag. In each area where a flag is placed, gain the (red) Demonstrator Exposure Bonus.

NOTE: If you run out of flags in your supply, you may not place any additional flags until a flag is returned to the supply (remember that flags are removed immediately if no Demonstrators remain in their area).
