Move up to two Police Platoons (not TAC Forces) in either Grant Park areas to adjacent areas.

If CROWD CONTROL is the Current Tactic, move all Police Platoons and TAC Forces out of both Grant Park areas.

NOTE: The Demonstrators decide where to move the Police units. Since this is a Move action, you must obey movement rules - in this case, Police units cannot cross Barricades (they may cross Barbed Wire).
