Persistent Effect: whenever the Demonstrators gain an Instability Bonus tile, the Establishment may also gain an available Bonus tile.

NOTE: The Establishment player chooses an available tile after the Demonstrators.

Tactics cards are active when placed in the CURRENT TACTICS space on the board (see Strategy of Confrontation Action Card) and grant a special card effect during the Police turn.
