All Police Platoons in one City Area you control must move to one adjacent City Area chosen by the Police.

NOTE: As with TEARGAS, if the Police cannot move - a grievous injury! - then they must remove their Platoons from the board (do not return the units to Injured). This may be the result of strategic Barricade placement.

OPPORTUNITY cards require two Agitators. When its location requirement is met, place it in the matching faction’s hand of Action Cards for the remainder of the game (there may be a choice of which hand to place it in) rather than resolving its effects immediately. That card may be played as an Action Card in future turns (you no longer need to meet the location requirement to resolve its effect).
