Mayor ACTION

Pay to activate any number of cards in the Mayor Policy Card splay. The cost of each unique Policy is 2 Capital for the first activation, then an escalating cost of 2 additional Capital for each subsequent activation (2, 4, 6, 8 ... ).

Payments are made from the Municipal Budget.

NOTE: Place the Capital most recently spent on the Policy card to track the number of activations I additional cost.

If any cards are discarded from the splay, return all Capital on them to the supply.

A Policy may be activated multiple times in a turn.
