Move one Demonstrator and one Police Platoon of greater strength to an adjacent area. Remove any barriers that they cross (Barricades and/or Barbed Wire).

NOTE: OPPORTUNITY cards require two Agitators. When its location requirement is met, place it in the matching faction’s hand of Action Cards for the remainder of the game (there may be a choice of which hand to place it in) rather than resolving its effects immediately. That card may be played as an Action Card in future turns (you no longer need to meet the location requirement to resolve its effect).
